Extra Works Supervisor

Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week | 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible)

COREcruitmentare working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit anExtra Works Supervisorfor a high-profile contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role combining contractor supervision, client liaison and administration, with responsibility for managing and delivering additional works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

  • Manage and supervise the extra works programme on site
  • Take instruction from the client and scope works with the supply chain
  • Produce written quotations for additional works
  • Act as a customer-facing point of contact
  • Supervise contractors in line with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9002 quality management systems
  • Support reactive repairs and planned maintenance activity
