Job Description

ScotiaTech, a ScotiaGBS unit of Scotiabank, seeks an Analyst, External Workforce Management to support contract execution, invoicing, and pool oversight aligned with business goals and regulatory policies.

You will validate contracts, process invoices, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain KPI data while contributing to continuous improvement of processes. Fluency in English and Spanish, a related degree, and 1+ years in workforce management tools are required.
