- Grade 12 (Relevant Diploma/Degree advantageous)
- Minimum 35 years' external sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical sales advantageous
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
