Purpose of the Role:
Develop and manage customer relationships to support service sales growth, service delivery and operational efficiency for the Clients products. Providing technical support on-site. Collaborate with internal divisions and customers to ensure timely deliveries and effective communication. Continuously seek opportunities to expand the customer base and improve service quality. Develop and provide positive solutions to complex customer challenges and needs.
Duties / Responsibilities:

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Call on the Clients customers while making every effort to expand the customer base and markets.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, new projects and tenders.
- Call on contractors, end users and municipalities.
- Follow up weekly on leads.
- Perform onsite fault finding and problem solving on pumps and systems.
- Compile SAP quotations for pumps and spares and process orders on SAP.
