External Reporting Sr. Analyst

Overview

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced individual to join our External Reporting team. The External Reporting team is responsible for Autodesk’s SEC filings including Forms 10Q and 10K, and plays an instrumental role in the quarterly close and earnings cycle, and annual Investor Day, in addition to many cross-functional business projects. This is a critical role; it provides high visibility to Autodesk leadership including the CFO and has growth potential. The position will report to the External Reporting Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and tie-out of financial statements, including balance sheet, statement of operations, statement of cash flows and statement of comprehensive income as well as MD&A and footnote disclosures for SEC filings (10K, 10Q, 8-K, S-3, etc.)
