LEAR Valls is looking for a high-skilled Customer Quality Engineer eager to join a global leader in automotive technology. We are a large multinational company based at the Electronics Campus in Valls (Tarragona, Spain). We are seeking a professional who is passionate about Quality and focused on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional teams to guarantee effective containment, preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensuring Action Plans are implemented to avoid issues re-occurrence and to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Preparing and delivering detailed reports (8D) related to quality issues and their resolutions.
