Job Description

Amazon External Fulfillment (EF) is seeking an analytics‑driven professional to support daily node performance and KPI management. You will monitor OTD, CPT adherence, backlog, defect rate, and productivity, flag gaps, and collaborate with Ops to drive corrective actions.

You will document root causes, track action plans, and ensure timely closure while managing multiple workstreams and maintaining clear communication with partners.
