Extendicare Housekeeping Aide Part-Time

Extendicare seeks a dedicated part-time Housekeeping Aide to support a clean and safe living environment for residents. In this role, you'll perform essential cleaning duties and uphold the organization’s standards for quality care.
As a Housekeeping Aide, you will report to the Environmental Manager and engage in a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure residents live in a sanitized and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to work independently and your attention to detail will be crucial to your success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned resident and common areas
• Execute regular cleaning schedules including mopping, dusting, and washing
• Complete inventory checks and manage cleaning supplies
• Report safety hazards and equipment issues promptly
• Participate in quality assurance evaluations for housekeeping
