Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organise electronic and paper files effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the General Manager.
