- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organise electronic and paper files effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the General Manager.
