The Express Lane Service Advisors set the tone for the service customer to have a good experience.
By greeting them promptly, courteously and with an understanding and caring attitude.
The Express Lane Service Advisors are responsible for scheduling oil change work in the express lane service department and for selling additional needed express products to customers.
