About the Role

  • Lead, influence and inspire two store teams to deliver service with heart.
  • Drive sales, standards and colleague development across both sites.
  • Manage cost control, stock accuracy, efficiency and KRAs.
  • Ensure full compliance, including PFS and forecourt safety.
  • Balance your time effectively between locations (travel approx. up to 20 minutes).
  • Deliver people management with empathy, fairness and professionalism.
