Job Description
- Freight Forwarding Customer Services or Shipping working experience.2. Handle day-to-day operations and oversees all documentation and operational work flow3. Coordinate Import and Export shipping matters according to customers' requirements.4. Work closely with overseas agents/carriers/co-loaders and vendors to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments5. Manage shipping documentation formalities (Port Authority/Customs/) 6. Arrange booking with carriers/co-loaders and execute all pertinent shipping documentation (eg. Custom Permits, Shipping Order, Delivery Instruction etc)7. Ensure proper and timely billing and closing of jobsCommunicate with ECU-Line customers to insure they receive the proper documentation in a timely8. Entry & correction of data and technical concerns in regards to all parts of the export processes; such as tariff, bill of ladings, receipts.9. Liaise with carrier to ensure master bill of loading is tally with the shipping instruction provided. ...
