Deine Aufgaben

• being the face to the international customer base


• accepting, registering and monitoring orders in SAP, including billing


• updating master data, prices and conditions in SAP


• corresponding with our customers on the phone and by e-mail


• tracking and monitoring backorders for customers


• dealing with complaints and producing credit and debit notes


• handling exprot orders according to currently valid export/customs regulations
