  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Air Export Customer Service.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.


  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and overseas teams regarding air export shipments.

  • Obtain shipment approval (green light) from customers.

  • Verify document accuracy and send pre-alerts to customers.

  • Update customers on flight schedules in case of any changes.

  • Manage daily assigned tasks and resolve issues related to air export shipments.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
