Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Air Export Customer Service.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and overseas teams regarding air export shipments.
- Obtain shipment approval (green light) from customers.
- Verify document accuracy and send pre-alerts to customers.
- Update customers on flight schedules in case of any changes.
- Manage daily assigned tasks and resolve issues related to air export shipments.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
