Job Description
Overview:
The function of this role is to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
This includes project management, managing schedules, resolving goods delivering and logistics issues with key partners, facilitating communication among project members to creating solutions or alternatives to challenges, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date export procedures and documentation.
Key Activities:
- Project Management
- Plan and arrange delivery schedules upon receiving purchase orders from clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timelines align with delivery schedules and proactively address potential issues to avoid last-minute challenges.
- Delivery Coordination & Facilitate Effective Communication
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely production and address any delays or challenges.
- Work with key partners to ensure all necessary declarations and export procedures are completed on time.
