Export Coordinator Executive

We are representing a multinational group that specialises in the production of high-voltage transformers and reactors.

Job Description:

• Oversee order processing from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
• Communicate with production and customers on order status, updates, and changes.
• Coordinate export shipments and necessary documentation with freight forwarders and customs.
• Monitor shipment activities for timely delivery.
• Ensure export documents (LC, B/L, COO, etc.) are prepared and shared on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Purchasing) to meet customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
• Prepare reports on sales data, order status, and customer feedback.
