Tru-Trac Rollers have a vacancy for an Export Sales Administrator at Head Office. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role is vital in ensuring our international customers receive world-class service and timely deliveries.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end export process—from rapid-turnaround quotations to navigating complex shipping legislation. You will be the connection between our international clients, freight forwarders, and our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Process export quotes within 24 hours and proactively expedite open orders.
Prepare packing lists, Bills of Lading, SADC certificates, SAD500s, and commercial invoices, export licenses and customs declarations.
