  • Fundamental Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot portal servers, monitor AWS logs, and ensure report delivery.
  • Manage ETL file uploads, monitor ongoing/completed loads, and resolve missing data issues.
  • Maintain custom reports using JasperReports; add/remove columns and filters; manage run tickets; troubleshoot disappearing reports.
  • Perform schema updates for the database (My), optimize queries for reporting processes, maintain data integrity.
