You will engage in hardware lifecycle management, leveraging automated tools to prepare and deliver laptops, desktops, and mobile devices securely and efficiently. Your initiatives will directly enhance the client's first-day experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute provisioning with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune • Manage detailed custom configurations for client hardware • Oversee complete hardware flow from receipt to repacking • Maintain the Asset Management database for accuracy • Perform quality assurance checks on delivered devices
