What to expect:
Be responsible for SiC wet etching process development and project execution related work. Within the scope of responsibility take the lead in developing the manufacturing process flow of SiC power components related to dry etching process modules, solve quality problems in a timely manner and ensure smooth manufacturing during ramp-up, pre-production and production phases. Within the scope of responsibility timely check and follow up on the status of engineering processes in case of drifts and take appropriate corrective actions to solve the issues, analyze and summarize the process data of engineering batches, handle the relevant engineering technical problems. Understand product reliability requirements and testing methods and be accountable for product reliability evaluation in the own field of process expertise.
