Responsibilities

  • Execute system integration testing within the IFX environment (Camstar / Opcenter)
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in alignment with business and functional requirements
  • Participate in the factory integration rollout based on Infineon’s SOPs and standards
  • Provide post-stabilization support, including incident and problem management to reduce business impact
  • Handle incident tickets according to SLA priorities (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
  • Support root cause analysis and technical investigations during incidents
  • Prepare weekly status reports for the SAP Manufacturing System project team
