Expert Technical Service Representative

We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required
• A minimum of three years experience in IT support or equivalent role with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware software issues using various tools such as remote control PCs video conferencing systems etc.
