Expert technical consultant (Application Operations)

Responsibilities This role is a member of the Payments Application Operations Team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Create, upgrade and maintain Production/UAT environments for payments products. Ensure uptime of applications as per agreed SLA Trouble shoot and fix Production/UAT issues reported by the Client and/or Implementation team within acceptable timelines. Participate in Disaster recovery exercise as per the schedule. Ability to debug system logs and produce technical solutions associated with data flow or processes involved or performance aspects. Work closely with the Implementation team to understand the process flow, solution challenges if any and work towards implementing & supporting a seamless integration between Finastra & Customer applications. Work closely with the Implementation & product teams to explore & reuse tools/processes for effective delivery of customer requirements.
