Job Description

The Customer Efficiency and Intelligent Automation team in the Private Cloud Customer Center at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) focuses on continuous enrichment of customer interactions through managing information channels and platforms, on-line environments, digital assets, governance and guidelines for customer engagement channels and communication approaches. The team coordinates and interfaces with internal SAP units to enhance and automate customer interactions and processes through AI, Machine Learning and lo-code/no-code Business Process Automation (e.G. workflows, RPA).

  • Identify potential automation initiatives, by using business process analytics and intelligence, and working together closely with other teams at ECS
