Job Overview

The Sales Planning Executive is responsible for strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs. The role reports directly to the Sales Planning Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs.
  • Establish effective monitoring through periodical reports and dashboards of sales activities and targets for all channels.
  • Work with the relevant regional team members to enhance capability, advocacy, and product penetration at retail.
  • Assign sales targets to sub‑regions and ensure business growth.
  • Foresee challenges and their impacts on business, and suggest solutions to the regional teams.
