What is a Sales Operations Lead?
The role reports, analyzes operational monitoring for Regions' current KPI (Gross Add, Recharge, MFS & Data) to ensure smooth execution of S&D. It tracks MBU and Franchise Operation including Sales, MFS, Data, Devices, Retail Development in order to make important business decisions. It extracts data for reporting from MSTR and coordinates with the Commercial Planning/Reporting & Analysis team. It ensures delivery of different dashboards, presentations, and reports to management on channel performance and coordinates with regional teams to ensure performance achievement. It monitors and evaluates business growth analysis, cell site analysis and other ad hoc analysis as per business need. It grows an understanding of how you fit into the Regional Sales & Distribution model, your key tasks and how you will carry them out.
