Your skills will help ensure units are ready for new tenants while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on work requirements and deadlines
• Perform unit demolition and prepare for renovations
• Carry out painting, flooring, and tiling jobs
• Coordinate completed units for cleaning schedules
• Assess properties for safety and maintenance requirements
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a reliable vehicle
• 5+ years extensive renovation experience
