Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Experience performing configuration across inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows.
- Experience working with MAWM functionalities including Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Wave Management, Cubing, Loading, and Shipping.
- Experience in working for support projects.
- Experience debugging issues using APIs, Postman.
- Good to have knowledge on proactive.
- Knowledge on environment setup in Postman and collection creation.
- Resolve P1 incidents within the defined SLA and communicate status updates to business stakeholders.
- Analyze incidents and provide timely workarounds to ensure business continuity.
