Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong operational and technical expertise in CIP processes (Global GRFE, SIRVAL, GSRS) within NielsenIQ’s production environment. This role involves managing retailer/vendor data acquisition, validation, and problem-solving to ensure clean, accurate data for client insights. You will collaborate with partners such as Retail Services, Retailers, Data Science, Output Teams, and Enablement to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical challenges and ensure team adoption of new tool enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Provide clear project updates and handle client queries efficiently.
  • Define, monitor, and document processes; keep records updated and track exceptions.
