Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team of experts and management.
• Gather facts from policyholders, third parties, and witnesses, interviewing them with tact and diligence according to client quality standards.
• Investigate facts and circumstances to determine the cause of the loss and establish liability when applicable.
• Assess and determine the extent of damages according to client standards.
• Negotiate a fair and satisfactory settlement for all parties involved.
