Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day customer service activities for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate daily operations between ADC, customers, LEONI production plants, and third-party logistics providers.
- Process and analyze customer orders in ERP, ensuring alignment with contracts, capacity, and flexibility agreements.
- Monitor finished goods availability and initiate emergency actions when required.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts/stock takes, and manage excess finished goods reduction.
- Track KPIs and customer satisfaction, coordinating corrective actions in case of deviations.
- Manage demand planning for NAFTA customers in SAP IBP and support commercial topics (recharges, obsolete materials, freight, services).
