Shape the future of contact centers as a Solution Consultant specializing in CCaaS and agentic AI in downtown Toronto. This hybrid position focuses on delivering cutting-edge solutions using NICE CXone and Cognigy, mainly working remotely.
You will oversee the entire design and delivery process, creating innovative virtual agents and ensuring successful production rollout. Responsibilities include driving CRM integration and coaching technical teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the comprehensive design of CCaaS solutions • Architect agent-assist tools and autonomous conversational agents • Drive CRM integrations using APIs and webhooks • Create solution architecture and integration flow diagrams • Coach and manage engineers throughout delivery phases
