This is a chance to join a growing experimentation Centre of Excellence within a large, digitally focused retail group. You will play a key role in shaping how experimentation is delivered across multiple brands and platforms, with real influence from day one.
The Role
- Support the build out of a centralised experimentation Centre of Excellence
- Translate business OKRs into clear experimentation roadmaps
- Prioritise, design, run and analyse A/B tests across digital platforms
- Act as the experimentation expert for cross functional teams
- Own relationships with technical and implementation teams
- Support CRM split testing alongside website experimentation
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong hands on experience running experimentation programmes
