Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Final Expense Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of our FE campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising agents, ensuring lead quality, meeting sales targets, and maintaining compliance with campaign guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Final Expense sales team on a daily basis
• Monitor agent performance, attendance, and productivity
