Become an Experienced Sous Chef at Inn on the Twenty in Jordan Station, ON. Partner with the Executive Chef to uphold high culinary standards and guest engagement in a fine dining atmosphere.
As a key component of the kitchen team, you will assist in menu creation, oversee inventory, and manage staff operations. Your leadership will ensure that culinary excellence is consistently delivered to every guest, with an emphasis on training and motivating a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to all guests
• Manage food inventory and ordering effectively

• Supervise and instruct kitchen staff members
• Handle payroll and schedule staff shifts
Requirements:
• At least five years in a high-quality restaurant
• A valid Red Seal Certificate is required
• Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
