Job Description

Drive underground water and sewer installation projects as a Side Hoe Excavator Operator in an energetic construction workplace. Bring your expertise in detailed excavation work to support the mainline crew effectively. In this role, you will operate excavators with over three years of experience, specifically in water and sewer construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavators for underground installations
  • Assist with trench support and service connections
  • Swing in pipes and bring in aggregate materials
  • Follow trench safety and ground condition protocols
  • Collaborate with pipe layers and the labor crew

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of excavator operation experience
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong safety awareness at job sites
  • Dependable and punctual team member
