Become a key player at PLATO as an Experienced Service Design Lead, creating user-centered designs for significant transformation programs. This role is fully remote within Canada.
As a Service Design Lead, you will drive end-to-end design processes, ensuring the future-state experiences of investigators are robust and well-articulated. Collaborate with technology and Agile teams while leveraging your expertise in service design methods to translate complex needs into effective solutions during your contract from June to December 2026.
