Experienced RF/Microwave PCB Designer (High Frequency)

Position

We are seeking an experienced RF / Microwave PCB Designer to lead and execute the layout and design of high‑frequency PCBs operating at 40 GHz. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in high frequency layout techniques, controlled‑impedance structures, RF stack‑up definition, and close collaboration with RF, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing teams.

This role is hands‑on and requires practical experience translating RF schematics into production‑ready, low‑loss PCB designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulation and layout RF, microwave, and mmWave PCBs (with focus between 20 to 40 GHz)
• Define and optimize PCB stack‑ups for low‑loss, high‑frequency operation
• Implement controlled impedance transmission lines (microstrip, stripline, CPW, GCPW)
• Perform RF layout best practices
• Via fencing and grounding strategies
• Launch transitions (connector‑to‑PCB, die‑to‑PCB)
