Amrize is seeking a Ready-Mix Plant Supervisor in Calgary, AB, to lead the operations of our concrete facility. Ensure safety and efficiency while managing a skilled team.
As the Ready-Mix Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the plant, reporting to the Operations Support Manager. This position requires not only technical skills in concrete operations but also strong leadership and planning abilities to support workforce development and maintenance initiatives. Your role is pivotal in enhancing production standards and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all plant operations and activities
• Support workforce training and scheduling in a union environment
• Plan and execute maintenance and upgrades effectively
• Collect and report on operational and housekeeping tasks
• Troubleshoot issues with plant machinery and oversee repairs
