  • Conduct regular evaluations including calls, chats, emails
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents
  • Generate comprehensive reports track quality metrics,
  • Stay updated on industry trends.

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduation in mandatory
  • 1+ Year Experience as a Quality Auditor
  • 3+ Years experience in BPO(International or domestic)
  • Excellent Communicational skills
  • 6 days a week (fixed Sunday off).
