Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and clean surfaces for plastering
• Cure surfaces effectively after plastering
• Cut and install protective corner beads
• Finish corners, angles, and decorative designs
• Mix and apply plaster ingredients
• Apply weatherproof stucco coats
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• College or CEGEP diploma required
• Proficient in decorative plastering techniques
• Strong physical endurance and skills
• Must work on-site in Summerland
