Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Extrusion manufacturing operations and partner functions
• Champion Health, Safety & Environment initiatives
• Manage metrics on productivity and equipment efficiency
• Develop actionable operational strategies for improvement
• Mentor supervisors and build leadership capacities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
