We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our property management team. A Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of related experience are essential for this position.
The Operations Coordinator will hire and supervise rental agents, negotiate leases, and ensure compliance with property agreements. You will prepare and administer service contracts, monitoring operational expenses while ensuring effective communications with clients and staff.
