Join Interior Health as an MRI Technologist in Cranbrook, BC, specializing in magnetic resonance imaging. This casual position allows for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining high patient care standards.
The MRI Technologist will support the Medical Imaging Department at East Kootenay Regional Hospital, the only scanning facility in the EK Region. You will perform MRI procedures and closely assist Radiologists while ensuring that student technologists receive proper mentorship. Data entry accuracy in RIS/PACS will also be a vital responsibility of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct various MRI imaging procedures for patients
• Input patient-specific information accurately into RIS/PACS
• Mentor student technologists and assist staff trainees
• Collaborate with medical professionals during MRI procedures
