• Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi (Ernakulam)
• Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Doorstep Pick-up & Drop Facility (Within Ernakulam)
• Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze patient medical records, clinical notes, operative reports, and discharge summaries
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes in compliance with AAPC guidelines
• Ensure coding accuracy, quality benchmarks, and turnaround time (TAT) are consistently met
• Adhere to payer-specific coding guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Identify documentation gaps and work with internal teams for clarification
