Skilled CNC Machine Operators

Swagelok Ltd is a large engineering company that manufactures high‑quality products for global markets. The role offers a competitive benefits package for all associates.

Due to continued growth at our Isle of Man site, we are looking to recruit experienced CNC machinists for all shifts.

Shifts

  • Day shift: 7am – 3:15pm Monday – Thursday, 7am – 2pm Friday
  • Twilight shift: 11am – 9pm, 4 days a week
  • Night shift: 9pm – 7am, 4 nights a week
  • Flexible time working may be considered on request.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will set and operate a variety of CNC machining platforms and carry out daily tasks in a cost‑effective, safe and responsible manner to produce high‑quality products. The candidate should thrive in a team environment and uphold high standards of customer service, quality, and cost effectiveness.
