As a Lead Installer, you'll bring 5+ years of experience in insulation and weatherization, leading a dedicated team in energy retrofitting projects. This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and exceptional customer service, requiring a solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise installation teams for energy efficiency
• Conduct assessments to identify improvement areas
• Provide on-the-job training for junior installers
• Install and document insulation and air sealing upgrades
• Maintain and manage tools and materials
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in relevant areas
• Certification in insulation installation preferred
• Strong leadership and safety knowledge
