Experienced Knife hands

AWX are currently seeking reliable knife hands for various roles within a game meat processing facility located at Wulkuraka. This work will be Monday to Friday and on-going for the right fit.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have knife hand experience (boning and skinning experience an advantage)
• Have a great attitude towards work, reliability and able to follow instructions
• Be able to work day shifts from 5am Monday to Friday
• Have your current Q Fever or willing to undergo your Q Fever vaccination
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Enjoy doing repetitive work
• Possess sound knowledge of handling food products appropriately & within strict hygiene standard
• Pass a drug and functional capacity assessment　
• Have a driver's license & own transport
