Position 1: Junior Final Expense Closer

Salary Package
PKR 50,000 – 75,000 (Based on experience & performance)

Job Responsibilities
Handle warm/live transfer leads for Final Expense insurance
Close sales professionally while following compliance guidelines
Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly closing targets
Work closely with team leads and QA for performance improvement
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Junior Final Expense Closer
Strong English communication & negotiation skills
Basic understanding of Final Expense products
Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
Target-driven mindset with professionalism
