Job Description
Redpath Canada Limited seeks a skilled Jumbo Bolter Operator in Red Lake, ON. Leverage your expertise in drilling, scaling, and bolting with state-of-the-art twin telescopic jumbos every day.
In this role, you'll work a 14 on/14 off rotation for 12 hours per shift. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with drilling, scaling, meshing, and bolting. You’ll be responsible for maintaining safety standards and may mentor junior operators to ensure optimal operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and prepare working area for safe operations
• Assess ground conditions and implement control measures
• Install mesh and bolts to meet site standards
• Mentor offsider on safe equipment use
• Conduct daily equipment checks, reporting issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of Jumbo Bolting experience
• Experience in scoop operations and loading rounds
• Knowledge of WHMIS and MSDS sheets
